Lucy and Stephen had the most joyful, family lead, party wedding at The Loft, The Rabbit Hotel in Templepatrick, Northern Ireland. Family travelled from all over including Yorkshire to New Zealand.
Lucy and Stephen showed everyone that it really doesn’t matter if it rains on your wedding day because you know what, these guys had an absolute blast!
Tips for picking your wedding venue!
When on your wedding venue hunt, check out the covered/ indoor areas. Do you also love them as much as the outdoor space? It is Northern Ireland after all and we get rain any season or all four seasons in one day.
What The Loft really shines at is the covered/ indoor space. It’s absolutely stunning and super quirky which I love. Lots of inside photo locations as well as outside. The Boat House has an outdoor covered area which I made perfect use for family photos during the rain. It was perfect, beautiful natural light, covered so staying dry, win win!
Humanist Ceremony at The Boat House!
I was buzzing to finally see the incredible new ceremony space at The Loft called The Boathouse. Last time I was there it didn’t exist. Well it did not disappoint and you know what, it’s really up’d the game for The Loft as an incredible wedding venue in Northern Ireland. Lucy and Stephen had a humanist ceremony. I LOVE humanist ceremonies because they are 100% about the couple. I love to hear all the funny stories and the ones a tissue is needed. Humanist ceremonies are always different, unique and personal.
