So what is documentary photography?

No poses / nothing staged!

As a documentary wedding photographer, I love nothing more than to capture amazing moments during your wedding day which you actually have no idea they are either happening or I was even there capturing it.

If I was to tell you to move or do it again, this is not documentary photography. It’s all about that spilt second moment captured.

Happy tears, a hold of Grannies hand, getting the shots in at the bar. All these moments are priceless in so many different ways. If they were to be staged in anyway, they simply would not have the same raw feeling which documentary photography creates.

Your wedding day is when your friends and family are looking fabulous, why would you not capture this. Plus your family and friends are the most important people in your life.

Good news, they are done super fast and as relaxed as you want them.

I LOVE couple photos BUT they don’t have to be awkward or staged.

My documentary approach still leads your couple wedding photos and I let you both be yourselves.

All I need is 20 minutes to capture real documentary wedding couple photos. This is the time where you both get to actually soak in that “we just got married” feels. It’s very hard to solely be alone on your wedding day so enjoy this moment alone. Yes, I’ll be the third wheel but I won’t be in your face and normally running around like an eejit!
